Phone Numbers

Assign phone numbers to your agents so they can handle inbound and outbound phone calls.

Supported Providers

Buying a number

  1. Go to Phone Numbers in the dashboard
  2. Click Buy Number
  3. Select provider (Twilio or Telnyx)
  4. Choose country, area code, and number type
  5. Click Purchase
Phone number purchases are deducted from your credit balance. Twilio local numbers cost 2,toll−free2, toll-free 3. Telnyx local numbers cost 1.50,toll−free1.50, toll-free 2.50.

Assigning to an agent

  1. Go to Phone Numbers
  2. Click the phone number you want to configure
  3. Select the Inbound Agent (handles incoming calls to this number)
  4. Optionally set an Outbound Agent (used when making outbound calls from this number)
  5. Save

BYO SIP Trunk

If you have your own SIP provider:
  1. Click Import SIP Trunk
  2. Enter your SIP URI, username, and password
  3. Select the agent to handle calls
  4. Save — the number is automatically provisioned for LiveKit SIP routing
